Madcaps uses organic fresh food where possible, milk and eggs are always organic.
Soya milk and yogurts are available, dairy free, wheat free  and gluten free needs are also catered for.

Breakfast is available each day consisting of cereal and toast. On Fridays there is a choice of a full English grilled breakfast for a small charge.

Evening meals are cooked each day and take account of children’s likes and dislikes, and cultural and religious requirements. We aim to offer a healthy, well balanced series of meals. The menu will be adapted to suit individual children’s needs.

A typical weekly menu would be –

  • Roast Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Vegetables, Gravy. Yogurts and Fruit.
  • Spaghetti Bolognese. Bananas and Custard
  • Fish and Chips. Rice Pudding
  • Jacket Potatoes with tuna, sweetcorn, cheese, beans. Apple Cake and Custard
  • Fish Fingers, Waffles, Beans. Ice Cream Sundae
